With the acquisition of Caledonia Renovations in 2011, our Caledonia Builders division can now offer our customers complete, turnkey construction services for most any size renovation or whole house construction.  With over 15 years experience building high quality and extremely energy efficient homes in the Philadelphia Main Line area, we ensure that your new home or addtition is built to the highest quality standards while addressing key issues of comfort, efficiency, health and safety through our "whole house approach" and adherence to strict building science standards.

Caledonia Builders is currently renovating a home for Philadelphia Phillies pitcher Ryan Madson and his wife Sarah.  The Madson's chose to utilize much of the existing building foundation and wall structure while achieving the custom home layout and features they desire.  Caledonia Builders specializes in the reuse of existing structures while adding the state of the art energy efficiency and sustainable design features which our customers desire.  Ryan Madson and Orange Energy's John Kelly were featured in a recent news story on Channel 6 Action News.
