  • Keystone Home Energy Loan Program (Keystone HELP)—This program helps Pennsylvania homeowners improve the energy efficiency of their homes with low-interest loans, tax credits, and rebates for high efficiency improvements through the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR®program.   • Federal Energy Efficiency Tax Credits— Making your home more energy efficient with ENERGY STAR appliances and improvements can help reduce high energy bills, improve your home’s comfort, and protect the environment. If you purchase an energy-efficient product or renewable energy system for your home, you may be eligible for a federal tax credit.
  • PECO Energy Programs—PECO has multiple programs for homeowners and businesses who want to reduce electrical consumption, convert to natural gas or upgrade to more energy efficient heating and cooling equipment.
