Caledonia Builders was established by Orange Energy Solutions founder, John Kelly.

Caledonia focuses its vision on building a greener Main Line. We have spent many years refining the latest green building techniques while being sure to apply the best building practices. Our goal is to ensure the highest indoor air quality, reduce utility bills, and conserve natural resources when doing our construction projects.

While providing high quality renovations with an emphasis on green building, the company has received various awards for outstanding work completed. A Caledonia Builders project at 211 Lansdowne in Wayne, Pennsylvania was selected to be featured in the prestigious Fall Festival of Homes put on by the Devon Horse Show & Country Fair. A project at 233 East Beechtree Lane in Wayne, Pennsylvania received the Radnor Historical Society Historic Preservation Award. The award is presented to a developer and homeowner who have shown sensitivity in the restoration of an older home with a purpose to help raise public awareness of historic renovation and development in the area.
