EnergyWorks is a comprehensive energy solutions program for home and commercial or industrial building owners in the Philadelphia Area. EnergyWorks is a program of the Metropolitan Caucus, a coalition of Commissioners and Council Members from Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties and the Mayor of Philadelphia. It is supported by a grant from the US Department of Energy’s Better Buildings Program. EnergyWorks for homeowners is being administered by the Energy Coordinating Agency (ECA) and it leverages the financing programs offered by the Keystone Home Energy Loan Program (Keystone HELP) to help residential customers make the best possible energy upgrades. Contact us to see if you qualify for the special 0.99% financing rate offered by Keystone HELP for EnergyWorks program participants.

Orange Energy Solutions is the leading home performance contractor in the EnergyWorks program and one of the few companies that both conducts the Energy Assessments (Audits) and then makes the improvements.  Orange Energy Solutions encourages all of its customers to enroll in the Energy Works program because of the great benefits that program participants recieve.

Participants in the EnergyWorks Program recieve an $250 instant rebate on the Energy Assessment (Audit). If at least $1,000 worth of improvements are implemented, program participants will recieve an additional $50 rebate. The primary advantage to participating in the EnergyWorks Program is the ability to finance energy efficiency improvements for the incredibly low rate of .99% for up to $15,000 that can be paid back over up to 10 years with an unsecured loan through the Keystone Home Energy Loan Program. A $15,000 loan paid back over 10 years has a monthly payment of only $131.
